Freestyle Skiing and Snowboard - Livigno
Livigno hosts the full programme of freestyle skiing (moguls, aerials, halfpipe, slopestyle, big air) and snowboard events (halfpipe, slopestyle, big air, snowboard cross). The Mottolino Snow Park and the Carosello 3000 area have been purpose-built for the Olympics.
Events run from 8 to 20 February, with finals in the evenings for best television viewing conditions.
Biathlon - Anterselva
Anterselva (Antholz) hosts all biathlon events in one of the sport’s most beloved venues. The combination of shooting range and cross-country circuit in a spectacular mountain setting makes it a favourite of athletes and spectators alike.
Biathlon events run from 8 to 19 February (individual, sprint, pursuit, mass start and relay for both men and women).

Watching Live at the Venues
Alpine Skiing - Bormio
The finish area in central Bormio has a large free spectator zone accommodating up to 15,000 people. The town’s medieval centre and the atmosphere in the piazza make race days in Bormio special. Arrive early for the best positions at the barriers.
Alpine Skiing - Cortina
Cortina’s finish area is smaller but the natural amphitheatre of the Tofane creates a spectacular setting. Ticketed grandstand areas are sold out; free standing areas are available in the lower finish zone.
Freestyle and Snowboard - Livigno
Livigno’s event zones have been designed with spectator experience in mind, with large screens, food areas and free shuttle access from the village. Atmosphere here is the most festival-like of all venues.
Biathlon - Anterselva
Anterselva is the biathlon venue with the best spectator facilities in Italy. The shooting range area offers close views of the shooting stage, which is where races are often decided.
